Xpeng is preparing to showcase the brand-new next-generation P7 at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, just two days from now. This marks an important milestone in the company’s European strategy: presenting a futuristic new model that brings advanced AI, bold design, and impressive performance upgrades.

What to Expect from the Next-Gen P7?

The next-generation P7 was officially revealed in China on 27 August 2025, quickly making headlines with over 10,000 pre-orders in minutes. The car introduces a sleek “Xmart Face” design with slim light bar, illuminated logo, floating roof, frameless mirrors, hidden radar, retractable handles, and an active rear spoiler, achieving a low drag coefficient of just 0.201 Cₓ.

Underneath, the P7 is built on an 800 V platform with dual-chamber air suspension. Buyers can choose from three versions: 820 km ultra-long range, 750 km performance, and 702 km long range. Keep in mind these are CLTC figures, we’ll need to wait another two days for the WLTP numbers. Pricing there starts from around €28,800 (£25,000).

Performance is equally strong: the all-wheel-drive variant delivers 437 kW and accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 3.7 s. Battery options include 74.9 kWh LFP and 92.2 kWh NMC packs, with 5C charging allowing up to 525 km of range added in only 10 minutes. Inside, highlights include a 15.6-inch rotating screen, AR-HUD, 23-speaker sound system, and luxury seating with massage functions.
