The MG Cyberster is an all-electric roadster that injects some serious excitement into the European EV scene. This sleek, futuristic two-seater is all about mixing the thrill of a sports car with the eco-friendliness of electric power. You’ve got two motor options: the rear-wheel-drive single-motor "Trophy" version or the dual-motor, all-wheel-drive "GT" version. Both come with a 77 kWh battery that delivers an impressive range of up to 500 km. With its powerful electric setup and extended range, the Cyberster doesn’t just compete with other EVs—it’s giving traditional gas-powered sports cars a run for their money too.

FAQ’s
The price varies across Europe, with the MG Cyberster being the cheapest in Austria and Norway, where it costs arround €55,000. However, in Sweden, France and Finland, the price is closer to the €70,000 mark. Check out our table for the MG Cyberster pricing in each European country.
The MG Cyberster could potentially be charged using a Tesla Supercharger, but compatibility depends on the specific model and region. In Europe, Tesla has been opening its Supercharger network to non-Tesla electric vehicles. However, non-Tesla vehicles typically need to use CCS (Combined Charging System) connectors, which the MG Cyberster supports given current European standards. If available, charging at a Tesla station will also require using the Tesla app for activation and payment. In places where the network isn't yet open to other EVs or for older stations that only support Tesla’s proprietary plug, an adapter may be required.
Currently, the MG Cyberster is the only electric roadster available in Europe.
The Trophy model has a range of up to 507 km on the WLTP cycle. In contrast, the higher-performance GT version has a slightly lower range of around 443 km.
The MG Cyberster features impressive acceleration figures. The GT version with dual-motor and all-wheel-drive can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. Meanwhile, the rear-wheel-drive Trophy model with a smaller power output achieves 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds.
