The Leapmotor B10 is a practical and modern electric SUV that combines sleek design, advanced technology, and reliable performance. With a comfortable cabin, smart features, and solid range options, the B10 offers a compelling alternative in the European EV market, appealing to drivers who want both style and functionality in a compact package.
The B10 showcases Leapmotor's "Gravity Field" design language, featuring a contemporary exterior with a split-headlight setup, pop-out door handles, and a full-width light bar at the rear. It measures 4,510 mm in length, 1,870 mm in width, and 1,625 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm. The vehicle’s weight is approximately 1,630 kg, striking a balance between compact urban usability and SUV practicality. These dimensions make it easy to navigate city streets while still offering plenty of room inside for passengers and luggage.

The B10 comes with two battery options. The 56.2 kWh LFP battery delivers up to 361 km (224 miles) on the WLTP cycle, while the 67.1 kWh NMC battery extends the range to around 434 km (270 miles). Both batteries support DC fast charging up to 90 kW, which is adequate but somewhat slower than some of its European rivals. A 20% to 80% charge takes roughly 35–40 minutes, making it suitable for regular use, though long-distance travelers may need slightly longer stops compared with faster-charging EVs.
The B10 is offered in two trim levels: Life and Design. The Life version comes well-equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, a 1.8 sqm panoramic sunroof with electric sunshade, a 360-degree parking camera, and a full ADAS safety suite. Stepping up to the Design trim brings additional comfort and style, including ECO leather upholstery, ambient lighting, and heated, ventilated, and electrically adjustable front seats.
Inside, the B10 feels surprisingly roomy for a compact SUV. A 14.6-inch floating touchscreen runs Leapmotor's OS 4.0 Plus, supporting both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration. A digital gauge cluster keeps essential driving information clear and easy to read, while the cabin layout is intuitive and user-friendly.
Leapmotor offers a 4-year or 100,000 km warranty on the vehicle and an 8-year or 160,000 km battery warranty, with minimum capacity guarantees (e.g. no less than 70–80% capacity still usable). In the UK specifically, this includes a 4‑year/60,000‑mile vehicle and an 8‑year/100,000‑mile battery warranty.

The B10 competes with EVs like the Peugeot e-3008, MG S5, VW ID.3, and BYD Atto 3. What sets it apart is its balance of affordability, range, and technology, providing European drivers with a well-rounded alternative to more expensive or less feature-rich options.
Early critics have been pleasantly surprised by the B10. Auto Express praised it as "the fledgling brand’s best EV yet," noting that its spacious, tech-packed cabin and refined driving experience impress even though range and charging times don’t stand out on paper. What really helps is a starting price likely to begin with a “two” (thousands of pounds) that could make it a serious rival to more established compact SUVs in Europe. Meanwhile, GreenEV highlights that LIDAR comes standard on all models, reinforcing Leapmotor's vision of an “intelligent” SUV, and pre-orders are already underway. Added to that, the B10 now supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rounding out its modern connectivity suite for European drivers.
