Zeekr X
- .Europe
The Zeekr X is the smallest model in the luxury EV lineup from Zeekr, a premium Chinese brand with Swedish design credentials and big ambitions for Europe. It’s aimed squarely at city dwellers who want something more upmarket than your average compact SUV — and with eye-catching design, strong performance, and a decent range, it might just hit the mark.
Trim | Battery | Range (WLTP) | Motor | Acceleration |
Core RWD | 49 kWh | 330 km | Single | 5.9 s |
Long Range RWD | 69 kWh | 446 km | Single | 5.6 s |
Privilege AWD | 69 kWh | 425 km | Dual | 3.8 s |
Charging is quick across the board, with 10% to 80% taking just 29 minutes on a fast DC charger — thanks to its 400V system and clever thermal management.
The entry-level Core trim was introduced to help offset new tariffs on Chinese EVs, offering a more affordable option with a smaller battery and less kit. It's fine for short city hops, but the Long Range RWD will appeal to drivers who want a bit more flexibility — thanks to its larger 69kWh battery and extended range.
At the top of the range is the Privilege AWD, which adds a second motor for all-wheel drive and thrilling performance. It’s properly quick, hitting 0–100km/h in just 3.8 seconds — faster than some hot hatches.
The Zeekr X doesn’t just look good on the outside — the inside is just as bold. You get premium materials, minimalist design, and a seriously slick infotainment system built around a central display. Space in the back is decent for a compact SUV, and there’s a decent-sized boot for everyday use.
The Zeekr X is already on sale in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands, with more European markets on the way. The brand is rapidly building out its service network and charging partnerships, making ownership much easier for first-time EV buyers.

If you want a stylish electric SUV that stands out from the crowd and delivers strong performance without breaking the bank, the Zeekr X is well worth a look. It’s not the cheapest EV on the market, but it makes up for that with sharp design, a solid range, and loads of tech — plus that 10-year warranty option is hard to ignore.
