Xiaomi EV November Deliveries: A Mixed Picture

According to the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), Xiaomi EV’s November deliveries fell 4.94 percent compared to October, breaking a consecutive growth streak since July. Despite this dip, the total represents a nearly 100 percent increase year-on-year, signaling robust growth for the EV maker. From January to November, Xiaomi EV delivered 361,625 vehicles, bringing its cumulative total to 501,096 units.

YU7 SUV Surpasses Expectations

The YU7 SUV, Xiaomi’s first electric SUV and competitor to Tesla’s Model Y, achieved 33,729 deliveries in November, slightly higher than October’s 33,662 units. Cumulative deliveries of the YU7 reached 114,584 units by the end of the month. Launched in June 2025, the YU7 has quickly become a key driver of Xiaomi EV’s growth strategy.

SU7 Sedan Series Sees Decline

The SU7 series, including the standard SU7 and SU7 Ultra, delivered 12,520 units in November, representing a 16.49 percent decrease month-on-month and a 45.93 percent drop year-on-year. This marks the fourth consecutive month of declining monthly deliveries for the SU7 lineup, suggesting a shift in consumer preference toward SUVs over sedans in Xiaomi’s portfolio.

Xiaomi EV’s Strategic Moves

Earlier in November, Xiaomi EV accelerated vehicle production to take advantage of year-end purchase tax incentives, reflecting the company’s proactive approach to market opportunities. The EV division contributed 97.6 percent of Xiaomi’s innovative business revenue, potentially supporting its first quarterly profit.
